Terms of Service

By accessing or using RemoteSurvey you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must:

• Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid email address.

We use technical controls to restrict access to UK-based connections. Circumventing these controls (e.g. via VPN) is a breach of these terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
• You must not share your account with other people.

• Rewards are credited to your wallet upon admin approval of your submission.
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise low quality.
• Rewards are in British Pounds (£) and are paid out via our supported payment methods.
• Rewards have no cash value until a payout is processed.
• We may impose a minimum payout threshold. Details are shown in your dashboard.

You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or automated responses.
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated method to complete surveys.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Breach of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

Survey content, including questions and aggregated results, remains the property of RemoteSurvey or the survey creator. You retain ownership of your individual responses, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for research and reporting purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteSurvey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the total rewards credited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time via your Account settings.

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
