- Survey responses — your answers to survey questions you choose to complete.
- Wallet data — balance, earnings, and payment records linked to your account.
- Consent records — timestamps and preferences for cookie consent.
- Usage data — IP address (used solely to verify UK residency at the point of access) and browser type via server logs. IP addresses are not stored beyond the request.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract — processing your account, responses, and reward payments.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and platform security.
- Consent — non-essential cookies (you may withdraw at any time).
- Legal obligation — retaining financial records as required by UK law.
4. How we use your data
- To operate your account and authenticate you securely.

5. Data storage and transfers
All data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom (London region). We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area.
6. How long we keep your data
- Account data — retained while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion.
- Survey responses — retained for 3 years for audit purposes.
- Financial records — retained for 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
- Consent logs — retained for 3 years.
